• Schedule appointments to meet onsite and view homes that you want to see.
• Use the MLS to purge comps and formulate a sound offering price.
• Go over the Offer to Purchase along with additional disclosures, addenda thoroughly so you have a solid understanding of the process.
• Assist in meeting timeline of events from pre-approval through closing to maintain harmony in the contract and or revisions.
• Provide a Concierge list of Lenders and other Professional Services such as General Contractors, Handymen, Lawyers,Inspectors, Surveyors and Insurers which are associated with a home purchase.
