Michael grew up in Southeastern NC and has strong family roots throughout New Hanover, Pender, Onslow and Carteret counties. He leFt the coast to attend Loisburg  Jr College, then ECU.. His family has a local furniture business since 1953, therefore he began his sales career at an early age. In April of 2004 Michael branched out and became a Realtor, working with the largest firm in the area. From 2011 to 2017 he was contracted to acquire and sale foreclosures, The last 7 to 8 years he has been working his firm 1% Flat Rate Realty LLC.He personally has sold everything from 50k properties to a number $1,000,000 plus properties o area beaches and high end neighborhoods. He contributes his success from experience and being an exceptional listener .Hobbies include fishing . boating and golf.
